The best place to have your luggage and leather goods repaired is at Fallbrook Shoe & Luggage Repair, 6739 Fallbrook Ave. in Canoga Park, CA (818-348-6910). The shop advertises repairs of zippers, briefcases, golf bags, orthopedic service and leather dying. Savinar says they’re the best in the greater San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, and I trust Savinar.
